    Probably not in California in any significant way, but the future is coming some places with that tech and it's pretty neat.

        The problem isn't the cost of building the house. The cost of building the house is more or less the same in California as it is any other place. The problem is... the land.

              Texas is bummed too.... people fuck a state up voting democrat so bad they need to leave yet they vote democrat when they get to the next state.

                Effing nuts. I came so close to moving to SF when I moved to LA. Happy to be transitioning to Vegas now. Kind of enjoying giving Vegas Realtor assist to exclusively people I like, mostly coming in from LA.

                I love getting to experience all over again the blown away feeling of walking into a Vegas place that costs like $1 to 3k a month and would be $3.5 million in LA and my primitive tribe can't even count to as high as that would be in SF.
