I'm trying to find actresses on CL but it seems like a lot of them are flaky. Anyone had any luck with this? How many emails would you need to reply to in order to find a real lead?

From my experience I probably had to go back and forth with 20+ girls before I would have one work out. They are extremely flaky and my gigs weren't even that involved.

You need to create a profile that showcases your work. You also need references too.

It's always good to grease the wheels up with some paid shoots, since most are unwilling to waste an afternoon.

I run adds on Cl for talent. When they reply, I send them to my model link on my corp page. There it explains it all. I mention if you have any more question email me at...The ones that email me are the non flaks. Saves a lot of time wasting email back and forth from CL.

You need to be patient and explain it to them over email then.

Not everyone was fortunate enough to have good parents, a good education, a good upbringing, etc. You're also coming from the world view that people follow the written rules. There are other world views that value the rapport and personal connection more than the written rules. Trust me, I've dealt with it when working with people from other cultures.

What I came to realize from many testing is most people are lazy and hate searching stuff themselves. If you make a clear enough listing that keep it simple but as well explains all the key factors and benefits they can obtain going with you for what ever it is.It makes your chances more likely to convert to what you are trying to accomplish. Yes there are a lot of spammy and flaky responses but if your listing is clear simple and sounds rewarding to respond it increases your outcome to the listing. Same concept for creating sponsor ads, google ads etc..
