His problem is his diet. He eats junk food everyday and nothing remotely healthy. If you saw him you'd think he ate healthy all the time as well. I have no idea how the hell he stays low weight with the amount of shit he eats.

I try to walk everywhere and diet wise I eat soups and salads a lot. Not exactly glamorous but neither is dying young.

True story, i can eat whatever shit and still not gain weight. I think i weigh the same as i did when back in High School.

I'm sure you had a cold the past year or so no ??

I haven't had a cold or the flu in years now. It's very simple - eat right, exercise, and take vitamin C every day.

Actually vitamin C does bugger all for colds. The up to date advice now is to take vitamin D.

My solution though is a big plate of extra hot chilli, and grapefruit juice. Kills it stone dead.
