That was like 4 months ago or something.

Sliiing used them as well and stopped maybe 6 months ago. The writing was well on the wall. It was not a sudden shocker, rumors were all over the place... they gone and fucked up...

... or their bank accounts are low

I don't think so, but the company returns the money for bounced checks to the affiliate programs (from non frozen bank accounts), so that the affiliate programs can re-send the payouts by other methods or through another check facilitator.

It hasn't, at least not for peeps who were using Chexx and had payroll funds frozen when OFAC lay down the hammer. the money to cover the OPs check is most likely still sitting in that bank account, just rendered untouchable by the gov

in total, as of this week I have $35,105.25 frozen because of this, at first it was 'only' 26k but got another 9k surprise last week when OFAC froze a payment to Chexx that I had in transit when Chexx went down. thank god for savings and floats otherwise I would have had to close my business. it's been an absolute nightmare.

from what I understand it will take account holders months at best to recoup funds frozen. for anyone who got an nsf checks like this just contact the sponsor, if they're still open they'll have another way to pay you in place by now.

def no excuse for ignoring emails though, hope it gets resolved OP
