Welcome dataporter.

There is no reason for google to rank your website. You are just scraping content from other sites and no adding any value. You have like millions of videos, but non of them are unique, that is your problem.

Your search results and related videos aren't really very good. And that's the whole point of an aggregator; you need good search results. Why is your PV/visitor low? Because you don't have good search results.

I'll tell you; I make a very good living running sites just like yours. Consistently delivering good search results is much more difficult than it might seem. Your competition is guys like me who have years of experience working on search engines at well-known tech companies. What do you know about TF/IDF? Stemming? Shingling? CTR-based feedback loops? Any idea what a lucene segment is? Why it's even important? Any idea how a search engine is even constructed? Aggregator nodes? Query nodes?

Your competition knows all about that shit. And that's why their sites generate many page views per visitor, and yours doesn't.
