Business Is my 4-letter domain worth anything anymore?

    Hi All...

I've held on to this for a long while hoping to think of something for it or for it to be worth something decent some day.

    AVPO.com (that's not a zero)

    Any thoughts on pricing?

$500 is a good start. A lot of domainers will tell you otherwise because of the vowels. Which is silly.

LLLL.com's seem to be in demand these days, so with some luck and patience you may sell it for good price

Why don't you look at what the acronym means and start there...

They're right..... the letter O and the letter V definitely reduce the value. We own many of these and sold a bunch recently. Note that the market is very slow right now and it would have been better to sell last year.

If he wants a quick sale then maybe $300 but I agree he could get $500.

Try and sell it to First American Valuation and Property Solutions they have a product called Appraiser-Validated Price Opinion, or AVPO. I bet they'll pay the most

Well if you can hit a great acronym then you can ask what you want but I'm not aware of any obvious ones. In general though, if we talk about liquid price, I think the V and O don't help in this type of arrangement.

Maybe it was better if VP are at the start. If we're talking VR, VC, JC, JV, CV then that's a whole different ball game.

There is an acronym for it, and has to do with property valuations. Google it... somebody would likely pay a lot for it.

It really does depend if there is a specific buyer looking for it. I sold an LLLL.net for $xx,xxx at the beginning of the year.
