they're satisfactory...Main thing I like about them is that they have 24/7 phone techsupport for major server issues. Other than that, I'd say they offer the same level of service as the majority of webhosts. Email techsupport can be slow at times.Comment

Personal experience, lost half my hair dealing with there techs, unanswered emails, phoning 5 times during the day trying to get 1 simple ftp issue fixed and still not having it fixed.
Ohh and National-net.com ABSOLUTELY ROCKS!!! I mean the longest support ticket i've had so far with them has taken 1.2 hours to finish, the rest are finished and done within 10 mins to 1 hour. There support is amazing and i'd suggest anyone who wants super fast bandwidth WITH real support go with them.

Yes they are cool and their prices are wicked, I also agree their tech email support is slow, took 4 days to answer simple email, that is unacceptable.
But usually I go through my sales rep when I have a problem, he gets things done proper good.

Candid is pretty good. I've had a dedicated box with them for about a year and a half. They're very flexible, and they'll do pretty much whatever you'd like done. They have 24/7 support which actually answers the phone 24/7. I'm not spamming for 'em, I'm just psyched because I'm upgrading to a nice fat box on Sunday and I got a *sweet* deal!Comment

True their phone techsupport can suck at times and email support does usually take days... but at least its there, so better than nothing. I still wouldnt recommend candidhosting to people even though I use them for some of my sites.

I've been hosting with www.WebAir.com for a while now. I can?t say anything about Candid Hosting, but I can say that WebAir has never let me down. Fast backbone, fast customer support, reliable and affordable. My old host (wont mention any names) kept me up at night worrying if I was gonna go down and not be back up until someone casually discovered the crippled server hours later.Comment

pufy, they had to buy and configure 100 servers with no warning whatsoever. i called them and they got everything worked out damned fast. why don't you call mark there at ext 320 and he'll get you all fixed up.
their email took several hours each time - not days for me, but definitely not the fastest. but phone was fast and icq dude was instant.Got Gay and For Women Traffic?

"GOOD"
"FAST"
"STABLE"
They appear to be fast and stable (Good usually refers to tech support). So for me, the two important ones are covered. Since I'm a sysadmin and it's just virtualhosting I signed on for...Free agentComment
