I heard through the grapevine that visa/mastercard changed their chargeback rules. They're stricter. Strangely, the drop of signups matches the date where these new rules were officially applied by processors.

This is true. It's pointless at this time to have an eu mid. At 1% cb thresholds and all the bs of getting setup in a foreign country (if your purpose was to get a mid and not hide money) it's pointless. I can't push much of anything through netbilling these days. The us mids convert much better than the eu ones. I'm sure they are going through a conservative periord to see how they can handle the 1%. I'm sure they will open up more soon. Until then it's cheaper to run 3rd party.

Different facets of generations are coming of age. The 18-24 yo's have litterally grown up with the internet as we know it now. Not spanking to a 3 second mpeg that took a day to download. I'd conjecture cams are leveling off too and tubes aren't growing monetarily straight up on the chart anymore. Overall, everything just seems meh these days. Nothing is worth stroking your cock to. I earn about half what I made 6 years ago, and working harder than I did then. And I promote a very specialized niche.
The writing is on the wall that it's only going to get worse. People are now used to getting it for free and are flippant when asked to pay. My own friend told me "Porn is free everywhere, only idiots pay for porn".
Now Im going to diversify and have half my business be porn and the other half starting a B to B service for mainstream companies.

Not true. There is no way you can beat each month every month indefinitely. Maintaining after the point of diminishing return is actually excellent for a mature business. Speaking as a program and not an affiliate I have more data to go by. Shit is definitely odd so we're changing things up inside and out bottom to top. Figure I have a 100 sales by 10am, double that by midnight conservatively. I don't even think that's a lot, but I'm sure it's more than several affiliates in this thread doing 10 a day and now 5 day and saying something is up. I do enough volume to know when something is wrong. That's why we're overhauling and simplifying some stuff. I have full confidence I will right my ship. I always do. I wouldnt have thrown my own money back into it to redo thinhs if I didn't have absolute faith in myself, my staff, my content, and my production team. We have some cool stuff coming out.
