Just a reminder to all the other procrastinators out there

And for those who aren't/haven't been filing -- the IRS is at their worst right now. And the WORST fine they have is the failure to file penalties... they can add up to another 50% of what you owe alone.

It's always better to file if you don't have the money than to let that failure to file penalty rack up on top of late fees, interest and other penalties.

assuming you have a net profit...if you have a net loss and don't file or do it after umpteen years, there can't be much penalty for tax owed, can there?

A word of advice would be looking into becoming a chapter s corp and you will be taxed at a lower %. You can also give yourself a sallery, stock options and health insurance.
