You forgot the Iskander-M missile (SS-26) Putin just deployed in the Kaliningrad region bordering Poland and Lithuania. They have a range as far as Berlin and most of eastern Europe.

And it can be equipped with a low power 50 kiloton nuke warhead, which is just a bit more powerful than two Hiroshima's. That's not a strategic weapon, but a small range tactical tool to strike the NATO bases in the closer EU countries like Poland etc (less than 2.5 from Kaliningrad to Warsaw). Nothing special, actually.

Don't worry. They all rusty, so they won't fly.
