      I recommend using Payoneer instead.
I ordered a card the other day and I had it a week after (and I live in a third world country)

      Payoneer recently raised $180 million:
Cross-border payments company Payoneer has raised $180 million - Business Insider

Paxum changes bank accounts like every week and if you check the topics on GFY they always have issues, it's not a sign of stability

My important documents were sent 92 hours ago and nothing.

However, Chris finally intervened on here and a dialogue has started on email.

Good luck with getting things sorted @blonda80

Glad Chris has been able to assist and hope you get things sorted finally.

Their overall support needs to improve drastically and they need to send cards via post with tracking. They charge $90 over the two years you have each card, so they should use some of this towards postage, instead of being cheap skates.

It is seriously bad practice that they send it snail mail and then expect YOU to pay for the postage and reissue of lost cards ! They should not have it both ways.

Any thoughts on this from you Chris? Thanks

Well, I have received 2 payoneer cards to the same address that the paxum card was sent. I am not going to pay for delivery of something they cant even prove they sent the first time. I had a payment sent to the wrong email address, not really my fault. So I have about $65 in one account and a -$45 in another account for the card they never sent. They blocked both accounts because there is only 1 account per customer. I have emailed the customer service for 4years on numerous occasions asking them to close the one account, whichever they want, and use the funds in the one account to cover the card I never received in the other. After MORE than 20 emails with these clowns I just gave up. Everytime I sent an email, a canned email comes back explaining to me that users are not allowed more than one account.

Several times I have been in the position of need and am desperate enough to contact them. Then after dealing with them I realize that no money in the world is worth dealing with the utter incompetence that is their customer service. For less than $100 I have had more grief with them than any company I have ever dealt with in my life. I can imagine risking any large sum of money with that outfit.

                            Use payoneer.

Sorry to hear of all your troubles. I agree they certainly need to up their game. Service simply is not good enough. They ignore too much or/and reply while evading important/difficult questions.

I received an email 26 May 2016, than my new card would be processed within 1 week and i still do not have a card.

They started processing a new one 4 weeks ago and its still not gone for 'printing' yet !

I think everybody would like to know the exact process from the 'submission' of a new card to the time its posted.

I am guessing. Paxum requests the bank for new cards in batches. The cards are then printed. They are then sent to Paxum in Canada, and then Paxum send them out to the individual customers.

I have asked for clarification on this, but not received it. So if Chris or Ruth can answer that here, I think that would be very helpful.

you have said in this thread there was a problem with verification documents on your account,[we had this problem ] so they will not send out a card to an unverified account, the emails you received about the card are automated emails ,

we are not sticking up for paxum but you constantly say the same thing when you know what the problem is, we are $600 in the wind with this check thing, i am pissed but i am not crying constantly about it FOR FUCKS SAKE
