Please kindly be informed that on Saturday, 15th October 2016, due to the card processing site maintenance, we are expecting some short-term network disconnections of ePayService MasterCard cards as well as ePayService MasterCard Virtual cards.
While disconnected the cards may not be replenished, used at POS terminals or ATMs, therefore, we would recommend you to carry out the above transactions if planned beforehand.
At the moment, ATM withdrawals and POS purchases are not working via the Paxum Card.
This is a Mastercard issue, and this issue affects other payment program cards, not just Paxum.
We are in communication with Choice Bank/Mastercard regarding the situation, and we hope they will resolve the issue and return to normal service promptly.
When we have any updates we will inform you.

Man oh man, of all of the banks I have ever dealt with in Canada, the only one worse than RBC was Bank of Montreal (settling my mother's affairs after she passed away). TD was by far the best to deal with -- it wasn't even close.
Then again, I may be biased, I've been a Canada Trust user since they had Johnny Cash Machines in Ontario in the 80's.
We have been informed by Choice and Mastercard that the error is now fixed, and your Paxum cards should be working fine again.

Totally. They could have easily posted details in a 'Latest News' or 'Important Announcements' section on their front page. It would save everyone fucking around, looking for answers.
But it is totally expected. Their customer service is shambolic at best.
I have been waiting for a new Paxum card for 10 weeks. First one never arrived. Now they have spent 3 fucking weeks to date, just to 'submit' my card. Hasn't even got the 'printing' stage. And, now they have asked for proof of address docs before they can proceed any further !!!!!
