SSTP (Sales Tax) and its effects

I'm sure some of you are aware that some if not all of the states in US are voting for a Streamlines Sales Tax Plan to apply to online sales.
My questions is, if this plan goes in effect, what will its effect be for membership sales etc.. ? Will we have to charges sales tax on our memberships if our co. is based in US or does this only apply to goods to be shipped (tangible items) ?

Last i heard about it was that walmart has agreed to add it to all of their online sales now.

I think its for tangible goods only,.

I hope they don't pass it, I had a retail store for quite a while and its a pain in the ass.
