If you dig hard enough, you will find a lot of articles proclaiming they unearthed who the guys were behind YouPorn. The German press were always the most relentless. Some were ludicrous, and some were pretty close. But that was always the mystery surrounding YouPorn. We never spoke to the press, even when they turned up and virtually camped outside our houses when they found a lead. Many articles would even print our home address's and even car licence plates. The YouPorn "founders", or "founding members" as we refer to ourselves, where a very small team from the start in late 2006 to the finish in May 2011. While YouPorn was extremely exciting to be part of from the beginning, it was also pretty scary at times. Its pretty cool that in the 10 years after we launched, no one really knows still.Comment

That sounds crazy, had no idea owners of some porn sites are such a thing that interest mainstream media and mainstream readers. I thought it was mostly industry people who are curious who owns one or another website and mainstream people had zero interest in that. Surprised it is otherwise.
