Notebook / Windows ME loading problem - GoFuckYourself.com

Hello Guys/Girls

Like 2 weeks ago when I turned on my notebook I got a message like"Last time the notebook entered in the standby/hibernate mode it stopped to work. Would you like the computer to enter in these modes again?"

I pressed "N" ...oooops. All the other times I pressed "Y" and it worked good. I guess "N" isn't a valid option.

Now when I turn it on I see the Windows ME screen and then it reboots, and keep rebooting till I turn it off. I can enter Windows just in the Security Mode. I searched google for hours but nothing worked. I even updated the BIOS.

go in to bios and re-enable it (depending on what notebook it might be f10 or f12 when the manufacturer logo pops up initially)

I did this in December when I got this new HD, the old one was fucked.

I can just enter the boot selection device menu pressing F2. I tried every option there and didn't work. All the other F's don't work, I tried all of them

Fuck ME. Get W2K and never think about your fucking OS again. There are more important things to think about... like money!!

I'm going to travel in a week so I really need my notebook working

I'll try tomorrow to plug my jumpshot campactflash card USB to it in the security mode and copy the files.

That's what I was actually implying by format c:

Windows ME is by far the worst release there is ... throw Win2k or WinXP on your machine and never worry again.

I fixed it, did a backup and I just typed "format c:"
