    Business What's wrong with people in Adult?!

    There's a very few people that you can really do business with. Now it is only a bunch of self-centered idiots who have no clue about anything. Unresponsive, irresponsible, careless.

    What happened with the good old time of adult business when it was so easy to do communicate and do business? Where have all these wonderful guys gone?

    Does this mean adult has become more mainstream? The situation as it is now reminds me of the Wild West.

                              Yes, I am. I was trying to accomplish a very simple task, that somehow turned into a real adventure: to get access to promo content of an affiliate program. I was considering them being an important company not to be neglected.

                              It ends up as wasting of 8+ hours on "negotiating" all kind of impossible requests that were brought up and changed every couple of minutes. This took time over a span of couple of weeks. And guess what? I ended up with just a tiny bits of promo content, which was almost unusable, by the way. Now I'm pissed off by myself and my tolerance, instead of telling them to fuck off, within the first couple of minutes of our first conversation.

                              Was just being straight honest and not trying to troll anybody. Kudos to all the smart and hard working guys out there! They have my respect!

                                                                          Don't want somebody onboard - just be straight forward and say it. Your business, your rules. So, yes, you are right.

                                                                          To be honest, I have never had to ask for any help with Cherry Pimps, since everything is already there, in the affiliate area. I had some nice results with them, so I can recommend their affiliate program.

                                                                          What I've also noticed is that there is some fresh blood lately, some very smart guys entering this business from mainstream. Usually one man operation. And it's a real pleasure talking to them.

There's about a handful of programs that have people you can deal with directly, including the owner, which is always nice. It just gets to be a time waster when you have to chase down payments, chase down links, chase down 404 and redirects, chase down access info and/or promotional tools, etc. In the end, it's just a lot less frustrating when you deal within a handful of programs and a handful of trusted people with whom you've done business for some time. You just get a whole lot more accomplished in a fraction of the time.

                                                                                  Insofar as the one program, I'll almost bet that you and I are talking about the same program(s)

                                                                                                                                          The make-up of our conferences are very different but the business is there more than it ever has been, there is just such a huge gulf now between the big business deals and the little guys that not many people are actually aware of a lot of what is going on. Business is still about who you know, actually knowing WHO you should know is the challenging aspect of the internet business in 2016.
