    What'a your morning ritaul?

    So we were all gathered around the coffee machine like zombies this morning and we got to talking about how easy or difficult it is to get up in the morning for us and what our morning rituals are.

    Basically only 1 person in the Adnium offices is an actual morning person (a liar)

    My ritual:

    - hit snooze at 7am
    - hit sooze again at 7:10am
    - get up at 7:20am
    - stare blankly at a wall for 20 mins (my brain adjusting to the fact it has to be awake for the next 16 hours or so)
    - shower & makeup by 8am
    - no breakfast
    - run out to catch the train at 8:05
    - be on time by the hair of the dog (unless the subway breaks down)

                  5:30am: Wake up
                  6 am: Breakfast. Two eggs plus some veggies.
                  6:15 am: Half hour run. (This morning I extended my run!)
                  7 am: shoot hoops for half an hour.
                  7:30 am: return home, ensue my kid has a ride to school.
                  7:45 am - 8am: start work out.
                  8:45 am: Shower
                  9 am: Start work.

                  I do the same on the weekends although I'll wake up an hour later, and instead of starting work I'll go for a bike ride.

                                                      10ish wake to relax with morning coffee & some TV before checking my direct messages on my website. Flick through social media sites, check emails and update a profile or two.
                                                      Midday I head upstairs to sunbathe for an hour, sometimes go for a swim before bathing, hair, makeup by 2. My afternoon is either going out to shoot a scene for my website & clips for my profiles or putting my cam on for a couple of hours, depending the day, before walking to the shops for wine and some snacks, may have a glass of wine at the local bars before heading back to live cam all evening, checking on social media, editing the films, updating my sites and profiles and talking to you guys here at GFY

                                                          That's my summer schedule, it is coming to an end in the next 4 weeks when I will change my work out to evenings and be in the office from 7:45-8am.

                                                              For those who work from home or are "the Boss", life is pretty sweet. For those of you who have to get up at some ungodly hour (6 am!!) to drag your ass to some office....well, all I can say is "suckas!!"

                                                                          Normally I wake myself with the sobbing and the crying I do in my sleep along with the coldness of the wet bedsheets around half five. If I'm lucky there will still be some vodka left in a bottle near enough for me to reach from the bed, so I'll drink that and wait for my carers to arrive. They let themselves in at about 7.30 and they wash and dress me and open the windows to let the smell out of my room. I dont mind it personally but it makes them gag for some reason...

                                                                          Finally they both manoeuvre me into the electric hoist the council has installed, and lift me out of the bed and into my scooter infront of my desk. They then change my bedding and put my soiled sheets in the wash.

                                                                          Normally I'm then left alone while they go out and run my errands for me and do my shopping (more vodka) and I'm left infront the computer to type 'i like poo' all day on GFY...

                                                                          So not so much a 'ritual' as a sad lonely helpless routine...

                                                                                          Do the school run around 8.30 and am in work for around 9.30.

                                                                                                                              Back to bed until I fall asleep -- whenever that is.
