I checked the stats on the info you pm'd and you have sent ONE, and only ONE, $1 trial in the last year. You don't meet the payout threshold. Also, we don't see any emails from you previously about it. According to NATS, you have never sent the amount of signups you are claiming in all the time you have been an affiliate.
