"I just feel like...no human was supposed to see this."
Well - now we have.
Wait till Elon Musk finds a practical application for this tech.
We're...ALL FUCKED. -

If he can track the speed of light in real time with this tech then can't he alter the speed of light creating a quantum entanglement?

There are a number of theories that postulate that the speed of light is not constant and that light interacts with virtual particle-antiparticle pairs. This relates to the ratio of electric fields to magnetic fields. In simplistic terms this speculates that fluctuating magnetic fields can change the speed of light. If this is true then all the calculations of the size of the universe as well as many other distance calculations are incorrect !Comment

The speed of light itself is stationary based on wavelength (frequency).
You can alter the wavelength and the speed with that alteration.
But would anyone now say we have something that is faster than the speed of light ?
That should make you think a moment.
But the answer is no.Comment

If you 'bend' light, you have not changed it's speed, just the time and place to the measured endpoint. All wavelengths will reach the endpoint at the same time but do not travel at the same speed. There are a number of theories that postulate that the speed of light is not constant and that light interacts with virtual particle-antiparticle pairs. All the distance calculations of space, based on light, are 'close enough' for only having one point of reference and will stand until a second point of reference can be obtained.
They have been working on this in small scale (earth based) yielding results.
Complex to set-up here but something space based may be coming soon.
I would not expect any drastic changes when they do, but perhaps they will discover something new.Comment
