I've looked into it and have plans to implement it more once it matures. Right now you can't do WebRTC cams on Safari (neither iOS nor desktop). Give it another year and I think cam solutions will start switching to WebRTC.

If not being supported in Safari is not an issue for you I'm currently freelancing and would be open to building something with it for you.

P.S., Apple put out a job req for WebRTC developers for Safari about 6 months ago I think. It might have support as early as 6 months from now but I'd wait a year before people actually upgrade.

We have had WebRTC working P2P for 18 months.
We have tested WebRTC with 28 viewers and one broadcaster successfully 3 months ago.
Ours is proprietary code and utilizing open source servers.
I want to offer it as a PaaS on .cam domains for a fee -- the software code is not for sale.
