still drink coffee after breakfast?
Do you continue to down big gulps of coffee after the AM hours?
I can't figure out how people can drink coffee in the afternoon and especially evening. How do you fall a sleep if you have caffeine racing through you. Went out at 10PM to a coffee shop last night and still lots of people downing the stuff. What gives? |

Coffee (caffeine) effects people differently. I've been drinking a lot it for 12+ years, but still have problems sleeping if I drink after 4pm or so. With the amounts I drink, I don't think it's a tolerance issue. On the otherhand, I knew people who drink occassionally and have no problem quaffing one right before bed.
