                  Works great except the connection drops.. a lot.

                  I have a newer one I probably should connect but I don't know how to get it to connect. I don't know it's password.

                                          anyway, sounds like you need a new one lol

                                          Our router came with the company, it's meant to be 4g, had a decent network until 2 months ago, they said "we're doing work on our services and we're making them better"...

                                          no you ain't, you've messed it up! How can any company do work and make it half as good or maybe worse

                                              It was my part of the estate when my garndmother passed away. She had her own unique way of choosing passwords and despite writing everything down in a book she seems to have forgotten this one.
