Have you seen this?
BioRing, a product backed up by a campaign on Indiegogo that automatically measures:

It's kinda pricey but the calorie counting seems pretty amazing (they say it's at 86% accuracy now, but hope to push it to 90%).

Not sure if it's trustable but if it works, it's pretty amazing

That's pretty cool...or you could eat the same things every day. Didn't get fully ripped until I started really paying attention to the macro breakdown of my calories.

Eating the same thing every day sounds boring, but it's not when the list is made up of things you like.

I feel you on that.

If I go out to dinner, or have a Five Guys Burger I just subtract the appropriate things from the list. Some days I just go off the list and have whatever the fuck I want. That's one of the pleasures of having low body fat...eating whatever you want and not worrying about getting fatter. You'd be surprised how hard it is to get your body out of this state once you're in it.

I'll probably buy that BioRing just for curiosity's sake.

Isnt it a wonderful feeling in shape and being able to eat whatever you want. If anything our cheat meals help us make progress and gains once it comes time to get back into training. Use food to your advantage!

it is more resilient, yes, but eating that way is EXTREMELY addictive so yes, it does become easy to get out of that state. Especially if you ever get injured.

my neighbor's been using the similar bracelet from Apple for cardio & walking, although, this looks more in depth with water levels & protein intakes

I can't understand how it's going to work those things out...

i wish it would work but it's never a good sign when they delete questions regarding the technology

People at the gym have been asking me how I got so lean, and I tell them I eat whatever I want (within reason, of course) and just focus on keeping protein intake high without going over calorie limit. They have a hard time accepting that I don't strictly eat brussel sprouts and broccoli. They also have a hard time believing that while I maintain a six pack, I still every day have either a bowl of ice cream or a peanut butter and Jelly sandwich. If it fits your macros, basically it's ok.

You absolutely have to enjoy your diet or you will fail. That's the one thing I tell anyone who wants to know the secret. Long slow progress that's sustainable is the key. It's a paradigm which has only caught on with those willing to educate themselves.
