xvideos can't get into account

Ok so we recently got paid out by xvideos, issue is clear.
After trying to login our password isn't working.
username [email protected] isn't working
password reset email isn't coming.
and I am sketched if we will ever get paid out again.

Now are we screwed or do you guys think we will actually get assistance from xvideos, this is being done in a forum so they can either help me or not.

It's revshare, While they make you send an invoice to accounting then they pay you. the issue is I don't know what the new amount is now cause my password won't work and there reset form on the password isn't working so I effectively can't get into my account. Last time they paid nearly 1000 plus what the sites make, you know that's about $19,000 a month, which isn't bad, specially being old scenes, but I would like to see the new amount so I can make another invoice to send and upload some old scenes not in full hd so I can get some more traffic.

Dude this is seriously retarded. We are using google apps for email, [email protected] has responded since telling me to do a password reset I have told them this shit isn't working haven't gotten a response.

You can do this. Licensing content and transferring ownership are 2 different things.
if your licensing you retain ownership, I've meet some shooters that are shooting for clips for sale, there domain redirects to the clips for sale now, and then they upload everything up to the tube sites, they make decent money, but not long term.

I don't recommend this there is no way your going to get to $19,000 a month, as this is all based off rebills.

On a second note xvideos emailed me a new password, the automated system is broken, they updated their sites, I don't know if this has something to do with it, my old password did not meet the new security standard, perhaps it was autochanged and form was broken, either way I got a new password.
