This is the father of the Gunman in Orlando. He has done nothing wrong, and committed no crime. He is an ordinary citizen who went to support his candidate.
When they let people into a convention, they do not screen them and ask "have you ever committed a crime" or "has your child recently been involved in a mass shooting". Even if they did or could, they couldn't really turn him away.Herschel Savage

When you contribute to a campaign you're sent emails when rallies are in your area, this is what he got. I get them, they say "as a comitted member of team Hillary" they're stupid
He said this when asked:

In the initial interview with the reporter that broke the story he states "I received a letter asking me to attend" the reporter then asks for more clarification and he then says "everyone got one so nothing special" or something along those lines.
