If I buy content from a producer or broker I get media+documents but before I publish to my site or to a third party platform, should I edit each videos to add a 2257 statement at the start/end?
If yes, what to write at the end: "all record are kept by the following Custodian of Records: xxx" (me or the actual producer?)
Am I a "secondary producer"?
In the model release form, beside "Producer Name" should it be the name of the primary or secondary producer?
(it looks like it is left blank to be filled in)
