I can't go to the movies anymore. How can you watch a movie with all that people eating nachos and popcorn, using whatsapp and fb during the movie, talking, moving..
I prefer to watch movies at home. A good home-theather is all you need.

Whenever there's a new movie out my kid and I really want to see we trek inland 20 minutes to Edwards Irvine Spectrum 21 IMAX & RPX. Saw Avatar there and so many others, the BEST experience! Watching Alice in Wonderland 3d high was a real trip (without my kid of course)
Hopefully the Laser IMAX will be worth a new better experience, we will see!

The cost of going to movies has skyrocketed, as has the rudeness of the public. Not sure I'd want to go, just to get aggrevated

Best day to go for us to go for new releases is the afternoon on the Monday or Tuesday after the release.
We've been in a huge IMAX theatre that seats 580 people with maybe 20 other people that don't like big loud crowds, when going on Friday-Sunday it's packed with just a few seats available.
