How do you find out where a site is hosted?
Is there any online tool I can use to find out what a website's hosting provider is?
I know that usually you can find it by looking up the DNS nameservers, but what if the domain name is the same as the DNS name servers? |

tells you alot ofshit, usually the host is the people who the DNS servers belong to .. dns.hostname.net go to hostname.com and that is usually a host unless they are shady or really savvy they will have their own dns servers elsewhere...
