With little work must be able to make money from it.

Find someone who can do a proper assessment that your friend can use when selling as there are many sites that dont give proper appraisals for sites

you never know, i sold domains i regestered that was free for 3 euro and sold them for 7000+ 7 months later. While SEDO didn't want to put it in an auction cause it was not good enough. This one is brandable and easy to remember. looking for a big existing company or a starting webmaster. I aim at endusers.
