Then Chris2.0 had a breakdown at an event and got hoisted by the popo, I can't recall whether he got in a fight but he definitely threatened to beat someone up on here
99.9% of these brave keyboard warriors never have the balls to show their faces where those they criticize will be (those that actually are in the business).
I've had a couple of discussions with people I've differed with at shows, but certainly no fights. Not worth it.
I always try to take the high road with people. I know that's a tactic that doesn't play here, but in real life I find it does.

You could ask him, he posted earlier in this thread.
There was one many years ago in Florida Internext where someone started a fight with a guy named Lawrence Conner from the boards who was annoying everyone.
This is why I decided not to goto shows way back when, like 10 years or so years ago. There were reports on here of bloody fights and drunken arguments and I was like fuck that, I'm not gonna travel and pay to be around that.
If it's friends you hang with all the time, and know, that's one thing but not complete strangers or people you know online.
I got into fight at phoenix forum. I wont say with whom, but several of us were hanging out in a room & this guy decides it would be funny to start ripping on me. I let it go for a bit but then after a few below the belt shots I just snapped & started hauling off. I remember the entire room was shocked like a bunch of pussies. The fact that they never seen someone deck someone for having a big mouth speaks volumes of the company I was keeping that night. Neckbeards aren't used to actual shit happening

Blown up, 99,99% of the times nothing happens and people drink a beer and are best friends in the end, when they see eachother in real life. Or just step away if there is a trouble maker coming. Or watch and make pictures and put them online. Only saw problems one time by misunderstanding and that ended in a good talk and a beer and no real fight.

If I'm at a bar I can expect that scenario, but paying good money to attend, get accommodation for & travel to an industry event to learn, chill & do business, and expecting that, ain't happening. Knobody wants to hear some drunk going on and on putting people down. Lame
I'm not putting down shows BTW I know lots have people have been going for years and been doing business with no problems etc.
I came across some of these pictures last night....
This was the AarronM fight / scuffle in San Diego... 2002? 2003? I forget the details of who started one, but AaronM quickly handled the situation. That's him pinning this other guy to the ground and someone else trying to get AaronM off of him.
