Nice idea but if you placed the links inside windows it would be even cooler.

You dont have to place all of them in windows but a few windows, even if they were just part of the background may help the overall hotel effect, although you may need to change the color of the links to make sure they are still readable over the windows.

I like it. I would add a couple of windows with pictures in them, linking to galleries, featured sites, or something. Just to break it up a bit, I suppose, but also because click-through on those would probably be great.
