No FBI charges against Hillary Clinton

Seems she was having problems sending information over a "secure fax". And she instructed someone on her staff to send it via unsecure means. However, these seem to be talking points which.... would be non classified.

Also seems to me that a lot of these emails were not classified at all when they were sent, but were then changed to classified.

hello. after reading a number of your posts now, i see you are thoughtful & openminded, & you tend not to offend. thats cool.

but when you say things like hilary is up 6 right now...not sure why thats relevant to you. polls are well known to be irrelevent months outside the election. there is a known bias by the people who both take the polls, & report them. its not a secret bias. so why bring up numbers that are fudged & will change.

trump was up 2 a few weeks back. but was he really? will hillary win by 6? will events happen in the future that can effect the outcome?

its so easy to forecast. polls will have clinton in the lead, all season long, until the debates are done. then the polls magically tighten & become too close to call come election. of course, hilary will always be leading. just by 3 points instead of 10 points.

then she will lose because the media totally covered up the energy-in-turnout gap. polls dont seem to get turnout very well. at least, when the liberal media takes sides in the game. they wont tell about the secret trump vote. rich people, hollywood types, corporate suits that have to appear to support hilary.

Either way there is not one instance you can give me where a "Peggy Sue" has been charged. Period. MANY have been charged for lesser offenses than what Hillary did. For your scenario Peggy Sue (Hillary) owned, operated the business, knowingly accepted counterfeit money and respent that counterfeit currency.

Not to mention she swore to congress and signed a sworn affidavit she turned over all emails, the FBI found thousands of work related emails that were not among the 30,000 she turned over. Right, she's still guilty even thought the FBI & DOJ have investigated for a year and say she's innocent. It's a conspiracy of corruption!

Trump was actually in real life indicted by the DOJ on 7 counts of antitrust a few years ago, and a federal judge sided with the DOJ. Trump paid $750,000 in fines to stay out of federal prison. I'll bet he's innocent though and not corrupt right?

In my example Peggy Sue assisted in the chain in counterfeit money being deposited in a bank. Again, her only intention was to do her job which required her to put that twenty dollar bill in the cash register. Her intention was never to assist counterfeiters in adding in counterfeit money to a bank.

Clinton's intention was never to break the law. Her intention was to do her job. You can argue she mishandled classified information, and you can argue she was sloppy with how it was handled, yet the end result was her server seems to have been more secure than the White House email system which was hacked. In fact, most likely some of this information was already compromised - Not by Hillary's server, but instead by the secure email servers in the White House.

I think at the end of the day, the State Department was very sloppy with how it handled emails. I also bet the problem is more widespread than we think; You know this is a problem in Congress too.

With violations into classified information.... It all boils down to intent and damage. There was no bad intention, and there was no damage done.

There is really no doubt in my mind that Clinton broke the law in some respect. However, I am also willing to say that everyone in Congress has most likely done the same exact thing. I'm sorry - our government officials cannot call in an attorney and someone from the CIA to review every email before it goes out.

But when you say "establishment power" don't you mean Trump? You can argue Clinton is part of the "establishment", but isn't it people like Trump who buy and sell candidates? Didn't he say that once during a debate?

Who sets up their own email server anyways? Is this something others do? I still don't understand why she would have a private server instead of using a gmail account or whatever she was suppose to use.

Counterfeit money does not get deposited into a bank. It might make it into the deposit bag but you can guarantee it won't be added to anyone's balance. That's why you see stores using that pen to check even your 10's and 20's these days. They are on the hook for that funny money.

They didn't say she was "innocent", they said that they didn't think there was enough evidence of intent for a prosecutor to bring a successful prosecution.

Thanks. I certainly try not to offend; I'm here to learn and potentially do business. I agree with you that polls are not very predictive at this stage. I also agree that Trump is a stronger opponent than he appears to be, I have said so often.

However, he is fighting against a democrat electoral advantage, a seasoned campaigner with fanatical establishment support, lack of support from minorities, and a disorganized and fractured base. He needs record votes and turnout from his demographic.

While I agree that idiot "go team" liberals have taken PC way too far, I don't agree that Clinton is anything but a centrist democrat. Centrists are good for stability. Right now I personally see Trump behind 10%, using my flawed and limited predictive ability. That may change, of course, but the ball is in Trump's court and he needs to win a few games.

Hillary deletes old emails -> crimes have been committed!
Everyone else deletes old emails -> no big deal. We all do it.

Also, gmail does not keep deleted emails forever. Roughly 60 days on main server and 180 days on backups.
