I agree, it certainly was about just one issue (over 90% anyway) and it amazes me that the talking heads on TV still don't get it. However, it had nothing to do with "muslim immigrants" per se, just excessive immigration in general which has been a major complaint for the last 20 years. You'd need to be British to know that.

Not to say that the recent events of immigration from muslim countries was not a factor.

There are many great Trade Groups that work well. NAFTA is one.

The EU is a very different organisation. It wants to be one Country. Relegating European Countries to a level of power Americans would take up arms to stop.

One Government which reigns supreme. One Supreme Court of Justice, one Currency, One migration policy, one President one taxation, spending, borrowing policy, one seat in the UN, one seat at all other International Organisations, one foreign service with one Embassy around the world, one language, one army.

You think I'm exaggerating. The green ones are already there or on their way to being in place, the yellow have to be in place to make the Euro work, the rest are yet to be achieved.

This isn't about being European. I was always that. It's about you being EUpean. It will either be done in the next 30 years or more Europeans will demand a referendum and destroy it.

They will not be able to go to any EU country and live or stay past 90 days with out longer visas. Added to that once they stay 90 days they can't go back to any EU country for another 90 days.

As a EU member it was like them moving from FL to GA.. Now it would be like trying to move from FL to Canada.

I like Farage. It should be good for the UK but now the Surgeon says she's going to cut the artery that connects Scotland to England!

That won't be good for either side because the UK will be weaker. Scotland will then reconnect with Europe which is basically a failing state that will soon be ground zero for a serious invasion / war zone. Neither side will benefit from that.

Also, I think Trump's position on this PROVES beyond any doubt that he is not part of the establishment. He is the only major US figure in US politics to back the Brexit. I find that amazing but impressive!

Scotland will not go Independent and will not join the EU. They can't afford to. I hope I'm wrong. Because getting rid of this spendthrift would serve as a great warning to others.

This is one of the issues I agree with Trump on. The EU is not some cozy trade deal.

No one in the UK cares if the surgeon operating on them is Muslim or Zulu. They care about losing their low skilled job to a migrant of any color. They care about a migrant jumping above them on the housing list, their children being taught in an oversized class of mixed languages, having to wait 3 days to get an appointment to see an Asian doctor. Colour never comes into it.

Unless you think the least contributing are a different colour.
