Why would old owners keep a full legacy copy of all files and folders? Possibly they could consider storing a copy of the site itself, but all underlying user uploaded files? That could take up a respectable amount of storage, why would anyone pay just to store all that? Only reason would be if you have any thoughts of bringing the site back up, if not, no need to store old data files and it will be purged.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
