    Is there any way to look up old qwners of a closed website???

    I need to get ahold of the owners of Stickam.com to see if they have there data base saved anywhere to retieve files of mine. Anyone know how to look up something like that???

              Well, I can get the old page up, but no files and most of the images on the page are broken, too..

              It looks like it's 7 years old, though, good luck finding someone with those files.

                      Why would old owners keep a full legacy copy of all files and folders? Possibly they could consider storing a copy of the site itself, but all underlying user uploaded files? That could take up a respectable amount of storage, why would anyone pay just to store all that? Only reason would be if you have any thoughts of bringing the site back up, if not, no need to store old data files and it will be purged.
