Synching emails Home/work Outlook

anyone no of a plugin or something that will synch outlook on separate machines at 2 locations?

I believe that Outlook has that functionality built in... Not sure where to find it though...nothing in the Help menu?

just find the option that says "Leave a copy of the message on server"
