    NATS sales - active but not rebilled ?

    So I have some member that should rebill on 16th June. Yet , I see no rebill from him but his membership is still marked as active, with expiration date marked as n/a (like it was before during his earlier rebills).
    anyoe knows why it is like that ?

      Some billers do retries when the rebill is declined , in nats the program owner can add padding days, so the member stays active for a few days longer because he can still be rebilled in the retry
