Without mentioning any names, I just need to say that someone on this board is trying to rip people off by selling a hacked program for $300.00, a program that can be downloaded for free.

He thought I was a newbie and could take advantage of me. Fucking ASSSHOLE!!

I did not think I was spamming until I got an email from my cable company telling me to stop or be shut down.

Again, I was unaware that Opt'ed in Lists were spam. What he fuck do I know, this is the first list I ever purchased.

Heh, how can you purchase an opt-in list? Even if those people DID opt-in for the sellers email, I guarantee they didn't opt-in to have their address sold. The word opt-in only applies to a list you have collected yourself. Some spammers will try to argue that fact, but don't listen to them.

So, if you are not selling anything or asking for money, but just asking to verify if the information that is listed on the site is correct and valid spamming?

These fuckers are getting FREE advertising and all they can do is complain that they are being spammed. If I knew who was complaining I would remove their free listing.

WEG buys opt-in lists from others. Many lists you join say they can do whatever they want with your email.

If you write to tell someone they are getting a FREE listing on a site (free advertising) How the fuck is that spam? All we were asking is is we had their correct information.

Just got a Nasty from GoDaddy where the domain is registered.

How can I get this site promoted and not piss people off where they will complain to the registrar?

I am not a narc, that is why I never mentioned any names. I just was letting people know that there are some unethical people here... and to be carefull who they do business with, that's all.

But it seems that people here already know about this person so if the GFY Board Gods read these posts, they will know what to do.

Dude, just get Mojo. DO a search at Google for Mojo mailing list software. It runs off a server and it's free. You should pay the "suggested" $50 in your case, though.
