    Tech Hey INSOMNIAC webmasters, what is the best sleep tracker?

    Hey INSOMNIAC webmasters, what is the best sleep tracker? I had a first generation FitBit ages ago, but I'd ideally like something which creates a sleep log where my bed wears the device, rather than me. I'm open to wearables, though, if they work.

    What do you use to track sleep and/or fitness?
