If I was to be extremely fucking lazy and bought traffic from someone and just sent it straight to a sponsor?

It would depend on numerous factors: The type of traffic Source of traffic Niche of traffic Type of sponsor Niche of sponsor Cost of membership Your best bet would be to send the traffic to a surfer trap or hub site and filter it out using your own methods THEN send it to a sponsor from that mechanism.
