Recommend some good ad management scripts to me!

I'm looking for an advertising management system, probably some PHP/MySQL based system.

I need it to automatically insert banners and text links into my pages.

I want an admin section for me to be able to change the banners and links and stuff.

What are you guys using?

I post on GFY so that when people ask me what I do,
I can tell them that I work with the mentally retarded.
