    ATK does not pay there photographers

    My name is Fred Anderson.
    Shoot content for sites like playboyplus, babes, twistys, metart, mplstudios etc.
    Dont really post on forums...but see no other option.
    Want to bring up to the public that Kim Nielsen that own ATK does not pay his photographers. Know he own many photographers money. He published my licensed content back in January 2016...but have still not paid us for the content. Tried to write him several times..but he just ignore my emails. Have waited for the payment for more then 6 months...and he dont even care to reply to me. Would like to tell to other people to not doing business with his company. ATK was once very good...but the last years it went downhill for sure.
    He own me about 5k usd + another 20k usd to my friend.
    Any advice how to get him to pay ?

      So sorry to hear about this Fred. I have no idea how to get him to pay. I've heard many stories the last few years about how he's fallen behind on paying people. You're not the first person to call him out in public hoping for a resolution. Good luck to you man!!!

                          Sorry to hear about that payment issue. I've known Kim for 17 years. At one point, way back when photographers still used film, my lab did a large part of the film processing and scanning for ATK / Kim.

                          Over the years there have been periods where ATK cash flow is lower than expected, legal fees fighting piracy are higher than expected, the balances end up below what is hoped, and payments to some fall months behind.

                          He has never failed to catch up when he could. Unfortunately the time it takes to catch-up / balance out grows longer as site memberships are killed by free porn and piracy.

                                  Dont need the money directly...can wait. just bug me that he dont reply to me at all..very irritating. At least he could write me and explain the situation..make some type of payment plan over several months or something like that.

                                                          fucking assholes. You have to be a real shithead to consciously and knowingly hire anyone without the intention of paying on time.

                                                          Miss a a mortgage payment if you have to. Don't be a fuckwit and screw your bread and butter.

                                                          Should also never do anything on credit, this is a trend in ALL industries. Get at least 50% down.
