ICQ account compromised message?

    ICQ account compromised message?

    Anyone got this stuff?

    "Your account has been compromised. Please proceed to the following link to unblock your account https://icq.com/xxxxxxxxxx/antispam?sc=44453455" - this is automatic response that I get when trying to chat with some people, BUT I do not get it when trying to chat with some other people.
    What is this and why is this happening just trying to chat with certain people?
