Yeah, it means No Text. You'll alse see NM used to say "No Message", same thing.
It's used when your title holds the only content, and there is nothing in the body of the message because, well, you already asked your question or made your point in the title of your post.
It's just a warning to tell you not to click on the post, because there's no content inside.
