The facts so far that show this is entirely feesible:
1) 10/2014 Supreme Court Judge Kern rules that Trump was so personally involved in running the operation that the corporate vail is pierced and Trump is personally liable for any case involving Trump U.
2) In 2005 the New York Department of Education warned Trump that using the term University with his operation was illegal and misleading, and to cease & desist, for 5 years Trump continued to receive warnings but still use the term until being sued by the attorney general, and losing in 2010.
3) Under deposition Trump stated that everything he knew about real estate was in his published books, nothing different in the Trump U seminars.
4) Playbooks for Trump U were submitted as evidence and they give step by step instructions to the employees on how to stall law enforcement and manipulate their investigations, if they were to investigate.
5) Trump U playbook goes into extreme detail on how to juice prospects for more and more money to take more seminars, for tens of thousands of dollars, that teach nothing you couldn't learn from his books.
So Trump was warned he was breaking the law, continues to do so, is sued by the AG, loses, changes the company name, instructs Trump U franchises across the country on how to stall/manipulate law enforcement/state ivestigators, and still continues to run the operation. RICO?

Like I've said before, Trumps offensive strategy is to put the opposition on the defensive by labeling them with your own weaknesses. When they hit back, its reactionary and is less likely to stick. Politics sucks and way too many variables all around to even know if the GOP will stick with Trump after the RICO ruling that comes the day before the convention.

Trump was selling special information and didn't supply that. If a car salesman sells a car telling the buyers it does something it clearly doesn't. He's breaking the law.
