No, I wasn't targeted. I was simply in a premises that was raided for illegal mexican labour. Although I wasn't working there myself and just a customer everyone on the premises had to show ID. One thing lead to another and I was taken away along with several others.

20 years ago, I used to lunch in Miami with a guy born in Medellín, Colombia. After the drive home, sold the 3 or 4 keys.
Only real problem was the 1st time was a bus ride. My suitcase took a different bus route home, so there was a few hours of panic.
Almost took home the last Value Jet to ever fly. Nothing illegal, just a cash run.
At a nearby college town, I was #1 on the city/county joint task force most wanted to bust.

Lately I dropped a friend of 30 years, as I didn't want to be in his house when the inevitable police raid comes. I prefer the quite life now.
