    Search Enhanced Results by Not set X

    Just started today. It's changing my Google SERPS results. Not aware I have downloaded or installed anything I shouldn't have.

    There is nothing in add/ remove programs.

    Any idea how to remove these "enhanced search results"?

      I googled it and it said that you need to throw the computer away and get a new one.

      Said that even re-formatting and re-installing from scratch will not help to fix your problems.

      Hope that helps.

              Enjoy your malware. If that got in then there is other scumware there too.

              Doesn't matter I guess unless you want your computer to actually work.

              You do much shopping online? Put your credit/debit card into sites and that kind of stuff? Have any bitcoin wallets on your harddrive?

                      Man you're good. It was the imgur uploader. I disabled it in Chrome and all is now good.

                          Cool. I had not noticed any search differences but have now uninstalled it anyway. FWIW I didn't like it that much anyway, cause although it uploaded to imgur, it didn't upload to my personal account so I 'lost' the image instead of it being saved in my library...
