Business How do you find top quality web designers who will do adult content?

I want to take a site from an old 2008 style to modern and responsive, and maybe fancy it up a little, so I need someone who is Kick ass with .CSS. But when I look on freelancer boards they say no adult posts.

I hired 2 guys from Craigslist and they were both terrible.
Where do you go to find quality people who dont mind adult work?

Most great front end guys I know won't work for the peanuts most adult places offer.. and the good ones willing are already busy with the places willing to pay. I've tried to refer a couple and they pretty much came back to me offended by the amount offered.

So, if you're willing to pay at least close to what they're used to, you can get great work consistently. If you're not, you can get the usual adult designers.. or have a rotating door of good designers leaving when they find good money elsewhere.

He posted in my thread where I was looking for a full time position and ruins it by bumping the thread about
a 4 to 10 hour a month job that he isn't even ready to start.

I guess he thinks 1/2 day of work a month is full time.

He made comments in the thread about me POSSIBLY dumping imaginary clients for imaginary jobs and then
he's stupid enough to think I want to work with him after that.

In your other post you were whining about your bleak future and I ( naive as I am) have tried to help you by telling you that I may have 10h/month of work to start. fyi: I have paid up from $ 40/h in the past.

I have suggested e mail to figure if I can help since I am having two new sites built and that additional work will be needed and that with your credentials you should be fine and tried to encourage you since I was worried truly about your suicidal tendencies. To that you have answered in PM this:

No need to do email.
I don't even expect to have an internet connection by next week.
I'll have electricity if the pawn shop accepts my computer but I'll never get the computer back.
