I always thought someone could probably upload anything they wanted without the bot noticing if they changed the speed
What I'd like to know, is, would it work to change the speed by an inaudible small amount?

This reminds me of how I make images impossible to find in google "search by image"

Are you talking about changing the speed or decibles of audio to bypass the copyright issues? If so, they long ago figured out and combat that pretty accurately.
