are you looking to collect email addresses or actually collect and send them out? I don't depend on someone else to send out my newsletters, I do it all in house, but a cheap easy way to get started is by using "subscribe Me" ( SiteInteractive.com - E-Commerce Software - CGI Scripts - Software - Shareware ) they have a free version that works great for getting started.
