I've had a problem for a month. Was told it was taken care of and they closed my ticket. A month later it still isn't taken care and nobody will respond to me.

If she goes on vacation does she generally let people know or auto respond? If company sucks and only a few people are the only good people and the company as a whole sucks RUN as they can be gone one day due to death, illness or another job. |
